Matthew Quinn is a 21-year veteran of the FDNY, currently serving as a Battalion Chief in HazMat Operations and the lead officer of the Emerging Technologies group. Matt received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University, and a professional certificate in Data Science from Columbia University’s Data Science Institute.
