Initial Submissions

Deadline: January 31, 2026

Presentation Only initial submission must include:

  • An Abstract of 50 words or less that summarizes the scope of the paper and explicitly includes the primary results (CMT allows up to 1000 characters, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to adhere to the 50-word limit)

  • A draft of your Presentation that includes enough content that the Track Chair can accurately evaluate the work's originality, value, and appropriateness for IEEE ISPCE 2026

 All initial submissions must be uploaded to the IEEE ISPCE 2026 CMT site by January 31, 2026.

**A submission (whether formal paper or PPT presentation) to IEEE ISPCE 2026 with confirmed acceptance implies your willingness to register and pay for the privilege of presenting your work in person at this year's event.

Acceptance Notification

Deadline: February 20, 2026

IEEE ISPCE 2026 Presentation Acceptance Notifications will be emailed on February 20, 2026. Submissions not selected may be invited to re-submit their work for IEEE ISPCE 2026/other PSES forums or be placed on the 2026 Wait List (CMT Status: Accepted to Wait List) and held in reserve in case of late cancellations.

Final Presentation Submissions

Deadline: March, 13, 2026

Presenters are to submit TWO FINAL versions of their presentation:

  1. PowerPoint Presentation

  2. PDF Presentation

Accepted Presentations Authors are required to:

  1. Make any and all necessary changes to their presentation based on the Track Chair's feedback

  2. Add all author information & bio

  3. Convert the draft presentation to fit the ISPCE 2026 Presentation Template

  4. Rename the final presentation in the following format: Presentation# X_Title_Final.ppt

  5. Upload the final presentation into CMT by selecting “upload revision

Presenters must submit their final version and complete their symposium registration by March 13, 2026**.

*Please note to prevent delays in the publication and dissemination of the IEEE ISPCE 2026 program, no changes will be permitted to final submissions after the March 15, 2026 deadline, meaning whatever file is uploaded into CMT on March 13, 2026, will be the one made available to attendees in the IEEE ISPCE 2026 Proceedings. Any changes made after this date may still be presented at the conference at the discretion of the TPC and Track Chair but will not be added to the program proceedings.
