We invite Presenters to submit an Abstract and a Re-viewable Presentation to IEEE ISPCE 2026's Microsoft CMT submission site.

Initial Submissions

Deadline: January 31, 2026

Formal Paper Initial Submissions Must Include:

  • An Abstract of 50 words or less that summarizes the scope of the paper and explicitly includes the primary results (CMT allows up to 1000 characters, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to adhere to the 50-word limit)

  • A Formal Paper of 6 pages or less (in IEEE-approved format: A4 Template, Letter Template) that contains enough content for the Technical Program Committee/peer reviewers to understand the work's originality and value

Formal Paper Initial Submissions Should NOT Include:

  • ANY personally identifiable information (i.e., name, affiliation, email address, etc.)

    • ISPCE utilizes a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, our reviewers cannot be influenced by knowing the author's identity (nor will the reviewer's identity be shared with the author).

  • Any research, topics, or material outside of the scope of IEEE ISPCE 2026/PSES 

Acceptance Notification

Deadline: February 20, 2026

IEEE ISPCE 2026 Formal Paper Acceptance Notifications will be emailed on February 20, 2026. Submissions not selected may be invited to re-submit their work for IEEE ISPCE 2026/other PSES forums or be placed on the 2026 Wait List (CMT Status: Accepted to Wait List) and held in reserve in case of late cancellations.

Final Paper and Presentation Submissions

Deadline: March 13, 2026

Accepted Formal Paper Authors are required to submit 3 items:

  1. Final Paper

  2. Final PowerPoint Presentation

  3. Final PDF Presentation


  1. Make any and all necessary changes to their paper based on the Reviewer's feedback

  2. Convert the draft presentation to fit the ISPCE 2026 Presentation Template

  3. Rename the final presentation in the following format: Paper# X_Title_Final.ppt

  4. Upload the final presentation into CMT by selecting “upload revision

  5. Register to attend the conference

Presenters must submit their final version and complete their symposium registration by March 13, 2026**.

*A submission to IEEE ISPCE 2026 with confirmed acceptance implies your willingness to register and pay for the privilege of presenting your work in person at this year's event. 

*Please note to prevent delays in the publication and dissemination of the IEEE ISPCE 2026 program, no changes will be permitted to final submissions after the March 15, 2026 deadline, meaning whatever file is uploaded into CMT on March 13, 2026, will be the one made available to attendees in the IEEE ISPCE 2026 Proceedings. Any changes made after this date may still be presented at the conference at the discretion of the TPC and Track Chair but will not be added to the program proceedings.

All final manuscripts must be generated using the PDF Xpress tool prior to completing your Camera-Ready submission.

To generate the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:

  • Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account: https://ieee-pdf-express.org

  • Conference ID: 69557X

  • The first time you access the system, please follow the link “new user”. Please note that in order to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress website. Once registered as a new user, upload the source file (containing your paper) for conversion.

  • Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

How to Submit IEEE eCopyright Form in CMT

  1. Log into your CMT Account to access your IEEE ISPCE 2026 Author Console.

  2. Click the Submit IEEE Copyright Form link in the "Actions" Column

  1. Fill out the required form and Download the PDF Copyright File

IEEE Publication Agreement.
  1. Return to the IEEE ISPCE 2026 CMT site and upload your completed IEEE Copyright PDF File. Hit Save.
